This is an 8-week challenge that will include a daily meal and exercise plan. This starts on January 4th and ends March 1st. We are going to TAKE BACK control of our lives and be the best ever in 2021!

Hi Dr. Ian, in December of 2008, I followed one of your inspirational challenges. I weighed 278lbs and eventually made it down to 178. I’ve managed to maintain my weight with slight fluctuations. While I don’t consider myself at goal, losing 100lbs has definitely made a difference in my daily life.
